Provided are the following: a resin composition able to give a liquid packaging container that exhibits both high flexibility and low temperature impact resistance, and is excellent in low temperature heat sealing strength and tearing strength; a heat sealing agent and a film for a liquid packaging container, which contain the resin composition; a liquid packaging container formed from the film for a liquid packaging container; a liquid packaging container and liquid discharge member obtained using the resin composition; and a medical container having the liquid packaging container. Specifically, the resin composition contains a polypropylene-based resin (a) and a hydrogenated block copolymer (b). The hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is a hydrogenation product of a block copolymer containing: polymer blocks (A) that contain mainly structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl compound; and polymer blocks (B) that contain mainly structural units derived from isoprene, structural units derived from butadiene, or structural units derived from a mixture of isoprene and butadiene. The glass transition temperature of the hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is -50ºC to -35ºC. When the polypropylene-based resin (a) is used as an adherend and the hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is used as an adhesive layer, the tensile shear adhesive strength, as measured in accordance with JIS K 6850 (1999), is 1.0 MPa or more.
