The present invention relates to methods, technical apparatus and compositions to achieve short term processing for the manufacture of a graft or transplant in form of a scaffold that can be used to treat or to heal injuries and traumas of a great diversity of tissues and organs in a central or peripheral location of the human or animal body. The invention specifically relates to tissue regeneration by means of stem cells and different specific tissue and organ repair promoting factors that activate said endogenous or exogenous stem cells to differentiate to specific tissue cells thus reconstituting the original microenvironment of the cell damaged by the injury.
