The present invention relates to a separated gene Capsicum annuum Heat Shock Protein 70 (CaHSP70) coding heat shock protein as a plant disease resistance related gene, and to a transgenic plant using the same. CaHSP70 according to the present invention has an effect of promoting development of disease resistant species because CaHSP70 can be provided as a material to breed disease resistant or high temperature stress resistant species.본 발명은 식물병 저항성 관련 유전자로서 열충격단백질을 코딩하는 분리된 유전자(CaHSP70) 및 이를 이용한 형질전환 식물체에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의한 CaHSP70은 병 저항성 또는 고온스트레스 저항성 식물체의 육종을 위한 재료로서 제공될 수 있어 저항성 품종 개발을 촉진할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
