Disclosed is a method for tracking affected part and surgical equipment which accurately and deliberately tracks location of affected part and surgical equipment in micro level by looking at images of affected part and surgical equipment tracked in macro level using a stereomicroscope after tracking the location of the affected part and surgical equipment by using tracking sensors and markers in macro level.
