PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic device capable of mitigating burden in reproducing and storing image data and a data processing program.SOLUTION: In the ultrasound diagnostic device, an ultrasonic probe acquires ultrasonic image data over time. An internal storage unit stores extraction criteria for extracting prescribed pieces of ultrasonic image data from the ultrasonic image data over time concerning multiple setting items set when acquiring the image data. An input device receives a selection operation for selecting two or more setting items from among the multiple setting items. An extraction unit extracts pieces of ultrasonic image data corresponding to a period in which the two or more setting items among the setting items in acquisition of the image data satisfy the extraction criteria from among the ultrasonic image data over time, and extracts pieces of ultrasonic image data corresponding to the period in which the selected two or more setting items satisfy the extraction criteria when the input device receives the selection operation.
