The present invention relates to a wearable air freshening pack. The air freshening pack (10), storing an air freshening patch (40) including a volatile air freshening component, includes: a front cover (12) having a ring shape and including an opening (13) in the center to make a side of the air freshening patch (40) exposed； a rear cover (14) combined with the front cover (12) to form an internal space for storing the air freshening patch (40), and including a plurality of slits (17)； a pair of string insertion grooves (16) formed on the edge of the rear cover (14) and into which a neck string is inserted； and a button combination groove (18) formed on the rear side of the rear cover (14) and attached to or detached from an extra button combination protrusion.
