PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health massage machine capable of simultaneously acquiring a far infrared effect and a minus ion effect in addition to a massage effect by pressing and rotation by causing a coated body coated on the surface of the massage machine body to contain ore powder.SOLUTION: A health massage machine 10 of the present invention can simultaneously acquire a far infrared effect and a minus ion effect in addition to a massage effect by pressing and rotation. In the massage machine, a roughly hemispherical pressing protrusion 21 with a dimpled surface is formed in the central part of one side of a disk-like massage machine body 20, and a plurality of roughly hemispherical small pressing protrusions 22 are continuously disposed in the peripheral edge of one side of the disk-like massage machine body 20.
