In particular, the orally disintegrating film is prepared comprising: 15-35 wt% of the wild ginseng concentrate； 1-10 wt% of the cyclodextrin； 1-10 wt% of the film-forming agent； 0.1-1.5 wt% of the pH regulator； 0.5-3 wt% of the sweetener； 0.5-2 wt% of the flavoring agent； 0.1-0.5 wt% of the surfactant； and a residual amount of the solvent, wherein the cyclodextrin is γ-cyclodextrin. The present invention prepares a halitosis-removing agent in the form of a film that is easily disintegrated in the mouth by using a wild ginseng concentrate, and thus allows a user to ingest an effective component of wild ginseng conveniently, and maintains oral hygiene by effectively removing smells occurring after a meal or on an empty stomach.
