The present invention addresses the problem of providing a liquid medicinal preparation that shows no precipitation and is appropriate for mass production. Provided is a liquid medicinal preparation that comprises 1-(2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-[beta]-D- arabinofuranosyl)cytosine or a salt thereof, a polyhydric alcohol having a molecular weight not more than 100 and water. As the polyhydric alcohol, glycerol, propylene glycol or butanediol is preferred.本發明的課題係提供不產生析出物且具有量產適應性的液狀醫藥製劑。根據本發明，可提供含有1-(2-去氧-2-氟-4-硫-β-D-阿拉伯呋喃糖基)胞嘧啶或其鹽、分子量100以下的多元醇、及水的液狀醫藥製劑。多元醇較佳為甘油、丙二醇或丁二醇。
