To provide a method for extracting beverage components, capable of efficiently extracting beverage components using a lid of the opening as tap of a beverage container.SOLUTION: A method for extracting beverage components comprises extracting specific components into a beverage 3 in a beverage container 1, with use of the beverage container 1 having an opening as tap of a container body 10 sealable with a lid 20. A product 2 to be dipped containing a raw material 2b for providing beverage components is attached to the back side of the lid 20 so as to be suspended from the lid 20. The lid 20 is attached to the beverage container 1 such that the product 2 to be dipped attached to the lid 20 is dipped in a beverage 3. The beverage container 1 is inverted such that the lid 20 is located at the bottom.
