The present invention relates to a high-frequency airway pressure generator. The present invention is to provide a high-frequency airway pressure generator which can be used in combination with a cough trigger, a chest wall vibrator, or a negative pressure chest wall vibrator. The high-frequency airway pressure generator comprises: an air pressure generation unit which sucks air through an air suction hole and discharges air through an air discharge hole； a main valve unit which enables external air to pass through the air pressure generation unit to be provided to a port of a patient side, has a flow channel for emancipating the air, provided to the port of the patient side, to the outside, and provides positive or negative pressure to the port of the patient side by selectively converting the flow channel； and a two-way valve unit which communicates with the flow channel of the main valve unit and discharges the air of the main valve unit to the outside or converts the flow channel to enable the air of the main valve unit to flow to the port of the patient side. One of a mask hose, a vest, or an armor is connected to the port of the patient side of the main valve unit with a connection hose. In accordance with the connection of the mask hose, the vest, or the armor, the flow channels of the two-way valve unit and the main valve unit are used after converted into a relevant mode of the mask hose, the vest, or the armor.본 발명은 고빈도 기도압력 발생기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 기침유발기, 흉벽진동기 또는 음압 흉벽진동기에 공용 사용이 가능하도록 하는 고빈도 기도압력 발생기를 제공함에 있다. 이는 공기흡입구를 통해 공기를 흡입함과 동시에 공기배출구를 통해 공기를 배출시키는 공기압 발생유닛； 외부의 공기가 상기 공기압 발생유닛을 통과하여 환자측 포트에 제공함과 아울러 환자측 포트에 제공된 공기를 외부로 배출하도록 하는 유로가 형성되고, 상기 유로를 선택적으로 전환하여 상기 환자측 포트에 양압 또는 음압을 제공하도록 하는 메인 밸브유닛； 상기 메인 밸브유닛의 유로와 연통되어 상기 메인 밸브유닛의 공기를 외부로 배출하거나 환자측 포트로 유동되도록 유로를 변환시키는 투웨이 밸브유닛을 포함하며, 마스크 호스, 조끼 또는 갑옷 중 어느 하나를 상기 메인 밸브유닛의 환자측 포트에 연결호스를 연결하고, 상기 마스크 호스, 조끼 또는 갑옷의 연결에 따라 상기 투웨이 밸브유닛 및 메인 밸브유닛의 유로를 상기 마스크 호스, 조끼 또는 갑옷의 해당 모드로 변경시켜 사용하는 것이다.
