PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary circulation-improving agent which is safe to human bodies and improves blood circulation such as blood pressure, density of blood capillary and blood velocity by using an extraction ingredient of Apocynum venetum leaf.

SOLUTION: The capillary circulation-improving agent comprises an Apocynum venetum extraction ingredient obtained by mixing 10-25 wt.% Apocynum extract containing &ge6 wt.% isoquercitrin and &ge0.3 wt.% quercetin with 8-12 wt.% Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and 8-12 wt.% Glycyrrhizae Radix extract, and improves hypotension and blood circulation of blood capillary.
