FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to an anal dilator. Dilator consists of a solid body in the form of a truncated cone with a lug at the base of the cone. Lug is movable relative to the dilator housing, which is made with a protective cover. Dilatator is equipped with two anti-traumatic devices. First mechanical device consists of spring mechanism, with travel limiter, with calibrated load of not more than two kilograms installed between housing of dilatator and lug. Second pneumatic device consists of an elastic tube of current-conducting rubber, diameter not exceeding the diameter of the vertex of the truncated cone of the dilator, a printed-circuit board with a line of contact pads installed inside the tube. Second device also consists of tube sealing devices, pressure sensor and pneumatic valve installed in recess made on cone outer surface, along its generatrix, so, that over the surface of the dilator housing protrudes part of the tube with height of more than its outer radius, and the pneumatic valve is connected to the pneumatic system between the compressor and the cavity of the tube and performs the function of reverse and bypass valves.
