The present invention refers to a novel synergistic pharmaceutical combination of an antihyperalgesic, antiallodynic agent and an anti-inflammatory agent, where the antihyperalgesic and antiallodynic agent is a Pregabalin, and the anti-inflammatory agent is Meloxicam.
