PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of heating a patient while suppressing an affection on the body of the patient.SOLUTION: A heating device as a heating device placed between a patient and a surgical bed for loading the patient, and heating the patient includes: a cloth 10 knitted with a conductive thread for heat generation and formed in a planar state； and two electrode parts 61 and 62 provided with a space at one end of the cloth.
