The present invention relates to a comprehensive flexibility training and measuring device, in which a multifunctional flexibility measuring box (20) is installed on the front side of a leg flexibility measuring plate (10), and a trunk-twisting flexibility measuring unit (40) is installed on the rear side of the leg flexibility measuring plate (10). The present invention is an instrument which allows flexible exercise to be more professionally and systematically activated and instructed by using tools rather than formal and limited flexibility exercise in terms of teacher guidance, and enables flexibility measurement and training of various body parts at the same time. The degree of flexibility of students can be personalized and activated for teaching by level through the process of diagnosing, prescribing, training, measuring and evaluating each body part such as shoulder, trunk, legs and the like. In addition, the flexibility can be naturally improved in a self-directed flexibility training course according to the ability and the level in terms of student learning, and a safety-related accident is prevented and stress is relieved during the exercise to contribute to improvement of exercise performance. The students can be motivated through games, plays, contests, numerical analysis and the like, so that the students are interested in the flexibility exercise and actively participate in the activities.
