PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder mixing and spraying device which can mix powders on site and uniformly spray efficiently in a wide area in a short time.SOLUTION: A rotational shaft 14 connected to a motor 15 is horizontally installed inside a powder mixing tank 12, in the powder mixing tank 12 there are formed a powder inlet 10 at a top part thereof and a powder outlet 11 at a bottom part thereof. A mixer 7 is formed in a double spiral blade shape in which a small-diameter agitation blade 20B is formed inside a large-diameter agitation blade 20A installed around the rotational shaft 14, the small-diameter agitation blade 20B and the large-diameter agitation blade 20A being formed of a strip plate formed in a spiral shape. At a bottom of the powder outlet 11, a belt conveyor 26 is provided along the rotational shaft 14. At an outlet-side end, a rotary dick 28 is provided for dropping and spraying a mixed powder 35 by a centrifugal force, thereby forming a spraying machine 8.
