The present invention provides novel and improved methods for preparing virosomes comprising the steps of (a) providing an enveloped virus, and optionally inactivating the virus (b) solubilizing the viral envelopes in a first solubilizing agent (c) pre-solubilizing exogenous components in a second solubilizing agent (d) adding the pre-solubilized exogenous components to the solubilized viral envelopes and (e) reconstituting virosomal membranes by removing the solubilizing agent. According to the invention the viral envelopes and the exogenous components are (pre-)solubilized at a temperature of below 33°C.La présente invention concerne des procédés nouveaux et améliorés de préparation de virosomes comprenant les étapes de (a) apport dun virus enveloppé, et facultativement inactivation du virus (b) solubilisation des enveloppes virales dans un premier agent de solubilisation (c) pré-solubilisation de composants exogènes dans un second agent de solubilisation (d) ajout des composants exogènes pré-solubilisés dans les enveloppes virales solubilisées et (e) reconstitution des membranes virosomales par élimination de lagent de solubilisation. Selon linvention, les enveloppes virales et les composants exogènes sont (pré-)solubilisés à une température inférieure à 33°C.
