PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ligation of a body tissue easily by connecting an indwelling snare to a tip of a sheath without taking the indwelling snare that is placed inside a body in a non-ligated state out of the body.SOLUTION: An apparatus ligates a body tissue by using an indwelling snare 1 having a ligation loop 11 for ligating the body tissue, and a connection loop 12 to which a ring 13 is externally fitted. A connection hook 21 having a pair of arm parts 21a, 21a inserts a drive wire 23 fixed to the tip of the connection hook 21 into a sheath 22. The connection loop of the indwelling snare placed inside the body in a non-ligated state is gripped by closing the connection hook. By sliding the drive wire with respect to the sheath so as to pull the connection loop from the distal end of the sheath, the connection loop is connected to the distal end of the sheath. By sliding further, the ring is slid to the ligation loop side.【課題】未結紮の状態で体内に留置された留置スネアを体外に取り出すことなく、シースの先端部に連結して、体内組織を容易に結紮できるようにする。【解決手段】体内組織を結紮するための結紮用ループ１１とリング１３が外嵌された連結用ループ１２とを有する留置スネア１を用いて体内組織を結紮する装置である。一対のアーム部２１ａ，２１ａを有する連結フック２１がその先端に固定された駆動ワイヤ２３をシース２２内に挿通し、未結紮の状態で体内に留置された留置スネアの連結用ループを、連結フックを閉脚させて把持するとともに、連結用ループをシースの遠位端から引き込むように駆動ワイヤをシースに対してスライドすることにより、シースの遠位端部に連結し、さらにスライドさせることにより、リングを結紮用ループ側にスライドさせる。【選択図】図８
