The invention relates to a bakery product. Produsul conform invenţiei cuprinde, în procente masice, 45....50% cereale de tip grâu, secară, ovăz, sub formă de fulgi sau făină, 4...5% linte roşie, 4...5% amestec de seminţe de tip dovleac, floarea soarelui, susan, 2...3% amestec de condimente, până la 1% drojdie, respectiv, sare, 5...6% ulei de floarea soarelui, 0,8...1% zahăr brun şi, în rest, apă.
