The present invention relates to a novel pyrimidine-2,4-diamine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer containing the same as an active ingredient. The compound according to the present invention has an excellent effect of inhibiting the activity of an inverse-forming lymphoma kinase (ALK), thereby improving a therapeutic effect on cancer cells having an inverse-forming lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion protein such as EML4-ALK or NPM-ALK, and the present invention is expected to be effective in preventing the recurrence of cancer, and thus can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer.La présente invention concerne un dérivé de pyrimidine-2,4-diamine ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable et une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer contenant celui-ci en tant que ingrédient actif.
