To provide a pest control composition and a method therefor for efficiently controlling pests that have been difficult to control or impossible to control with the prior art.SOLUTION: A pest control composition having oxazosulfyl or its salt as a first effective component, and one or two or more kinds of compounds selected from second effective components B as effective components is provided. The second effective component B is isoprothiolane, basic copper sulfate, fluoroimide, flutolanil, fenoxanil, tiadinil, buprofezin, fenobcarb, fenpyroximate, tebufenpyrad, tolfenpyrad, flubendiamide, or benzpyrimoxan, and by combining the effective components B, in comparison with the case where each of compounds is used alone, effects of remarkable synergy effect, enlargement of target pests, reduction of a drug used, reduction of the number of times of drug treatment are obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】従来技術では防除困難なまたは防除不可能な有害生物を効率的に防除するための、有害生物防除剤組成物およびその使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】第一の有効成分としてオキサゾスルフィル(oxazosulfyl)またはその塩と、第二の有効成分Ｂから選択される１種または２種以上の化合物とを有効成分とする有害生物防除剤組成物を提供する。第二の有効成分Ｂは、イソプロチオラン、塩基性硫酸銅、フルオルイミド、フルトラニル、フェノキサニル、チアジニル、ブプロフェジン、フェノブカルブ、フェンピロキシメート、テブフェンピラド、トルフェンピラド、フルベンジアミド、ベンズピリモキサンなどであり、有効成分Ｂを組み合わせることにより、それぞれの化合物を単独で使用する場合に比べて顕著な相乗効果、対象有害生物種の拡大、使用薬量の低減、薬剤処理回数の低減などの効果を有する。【選択図】なし
