An elevated pet bed device elevates a pet bed level with an existing mattress to allow a pet to sleep adjacent to an owner without taking space on the owners mattress. The device includes a frame having a base section and a top section. The top section is extendable away from the base section. A pet bed is positionable on the top section of the frame wherein the frame is configured for supporting the pet bed in an elevated position over a support surface upon which the base section rests.
