Disclosed is a method of styling mammalian hair, the method comprising: contacting the hair with a styling-effective amount of a composition comprising a poly(vinylamine-vinylformamide) copolymer and a first carrier contacting the hair with a styling-effective amount of a composition comprising a bisulfite and a second carrier and styling the hair. Also disclosed is a method of controlling frizz in mammalian hair.
