The present invention relates to a locking device of a high temperature sterilizer which is easy to be locked and unlocked. The locking device of the high temperature sterilizer provided with a container and a cover comprises: a moving member installed to move to the outside of the container along the circumference of the container and having one side formed with a cam groove； and a locking member having a lower end inserted into the cam groove of the moving member, a middle part hinged to one side of the container, and an upper end pivoting around the middle part according to the movement of the moving member to be locked or unlocked to the cover.
