PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition suitably maintaining skin moisture with high sustainability, suppressing skin itch, and effectively helping skin regeneration.SOLUTION: The composition comprises (1) poly-&gamma-glutamic acid, (2) oil component(s) comprising one or more substances among squalane, squalene, olive oil, sesame oil and camellia oil and (3) a mixture of urea and a urea adduct.
