PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peel-off pack easy to peel off fingers because of being free from polymer-derived cobwebbingness even if highly compounded with a film-forming polymer.SOLUTION: The peel-off pack is in the form of an oil-in-water(O/W) type emulsion comprising (A) an oil, (B) a surfactant, (C) a film-forming nonionic water-soluble polymer and (D) water.
