A film-type ureter stone blockage extractor, which is provided with a hollow operating rod (1) that is opened at the proximal end and closed at the distal end. A blocking film (5) is provided on a distal section (12) of the operating rod (1). When in use, viewing from one end of the operating rod (1) to the other end thereof, the blocking film (5) constitutes a round blocking object. The distance from a free side (52) of the blocking film (5) to the distal end of the operating rod (1) is less than the distance from a fixed side (51) of the blocking film (5) to the proximal end (11) of the operating rod (1). A through hole (7) is also provided on the wall of the operating rod (1). A water flow flowing from a cavity of the operating rod (1) via the through hole (7) exerts a force on the inner wall of the blocking object (5).
