PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet animal house settable indoors, without impairing esthetic sense and with good appearance in a space-saving manner, and comfortable for pet animal(s), and easy to make communications between the pet animal(s) and a relevant owner as well, and to provide a pet-symbiotic residence equipped with the above pet animal house.
SOLUTION: The pet animal house 1 is provided with: a box-shaped pet animal container 10 having an encircling fence 16 of U-shape seen from the top retractile back and forth, a housing section 11 including a housing shelf and lead hooks, and an exhibition section 12 having a rack 27 wherein the pet animal container 10, the housing section 11 and the exhibition section 12 are integrated together into a unit, while the encircling fence 16 is composed of a pair of left and right side plates 30a (30b) slidingly movable back and forth, a front face plate 31 fixedly set on one of the side plates, i.e. the side plate 30a, and an openable door 32 fitted openable onto the other side plate 30b and providing a gateway through superimposing with the front face plate 31, and a space for toilet is made formable behind the front face plate 31.
