PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prime mover part of mobile vehicle having high exhaust capacity of a dust discharge fan and high suction performance of a radiator fan, capable of suppressing overheat of an engine, and which requires less frequent maintenance and inspection work.SOLUTION: A radiator fan (20) and a dust discharge fan (30) are disposed on a same axis. A blade angle of a blade (30A) of the dust discharge fan (30) is an opposite blade angle of a blade angle of a blade (20A) of the radiator fan (20). When the radiator fan (20) is in a driving state, the dust discharge fan (30) is switched to a stopped state.
