PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part hair decolorant and hair dye each comprising an alkali agent as a first agent and an oxidizing agent as a second agent, further slight in primary irritancy to the skin attributable to both of the alkali agent and the oxidizing agent than ever, and capable of reducing irritant odor which is attributable to ammonia when both of the agents are mixed together followed by application to the skin and has been considered as unpleasant when put to practical use.SOLUTION: The two-part hair decolorant and hair dye each comprises the first agent as the alkali agent comprising ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate in the weight ratio of (1:10) to (10:1) and the second agent comprising the oxidizing agent, wherein at least one of the first and second agents contains 0.1-3.5 wt.% of phytosterol based on the mixed total of these agents.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、第1剤にアルカリ剤、第2剤に酸化剤を使用した場合に、アルカリ剤および酸化剤による皮膚への一次刺激がより少なく、また、実際に使用され不快とされる第1剤、第2剤の混合時および塗布時のアンモニアによる刺激臭を低減することができる2剤式毛髪脱色・染毛剤を提供する。【解決手段】アルカリ剤としてアンモニアと重炭酸アンモニウムとを1:10~10:1の重量比で含有する第1剤と、酸化剤を含有する第2剤とよりなり、上記第1剤と第2剤の少くとも一方にはその混合総和に対して0.1~3.5重量%のフィトステロ-ルを含有せしめている。【選択図】なし。
