The present invention relates to a method of treating a tumorigenic condition in a mammal. More particularly, the invention relates to methods of treating solid tumors, such as primary tumors, secondary tumors, and metastatic tumors. The method of the present invention is based on down-regulating the growth of tumorigenic cells by administering stem cells or multi-lineage hepatocyte (MLPC) populations that have been manufactured invitro .본 발명은 포유동물에서 종양형성 상태를 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 고형 종양, 예컨대 1차 종양, 2차 종양, 및 전이성 종양을 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 인 비트로에서 제조되었던 줄기세포 또는 다중계통 간세포 (MLPC)의 개체군을 투여하여 종양형성 세포의 성장을 하향-조절하는 것에 근거를 둔다.
