Disclosed herein is a method for isolating ganoderic acids fromGanodermagrowth bags. The method includes steps of mixing a polar solvent with theGanodermamycelium taken from theGanodermagrowth bags in a ratio of about 6:l, and allowing the extraction to proceed at a temperature between 40-70℃ for at least 6 hours and separating ganoderic acids, particularly, ganoderic acid T having cytotoxity on cancer cells, from the extract by use of preparatory high performance liquid chromatography.在此揭示一種自廢棄的靈芝太空包中分離出靈芝酸的方法。所揭示方法特徵在於在40-70℃的溫度下,以重量比約6:1的比例混合一種極性溶液與取自廢棄的靈芝太空包中的靈芝菌絲體,萃取至少6小時;接著,再以製備級液相色層層析管柱自上述萃出液中分離出靈芝活性成分,特別是具有抗癌活性的靈芝酸T化合物。
