The present invention relates to a diagnostic biomarker composition for predicting the occurrence of hormone refractory disease in prostate cancer and to a composition for delaying or preventing the occurrence of hormone refractory disease in high-grade prostate cancer or inhibiting hormone refractory in hormone-refractory prostate cancer. The present invention is a composition for treating prostate cancer comprising shRNA or siRNA corresponding to the ccm1 gene to inhibit the expression of CCM1 protein. The present invention also provides a composition for treating prostate cancer, which comprises DDX5 protein as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a composition which can be used as a diagnostic biomarker capable of predicting the occurrence of hormone refractory can be provided.본 발명은 전립선암에서 호르몬 불응성 출현을 예측하기 위한 진단 바이오마커 조성물 및 고병기 전립선암에서 호르몬 불응성 출현을 지연 또는 예방하거나 호르몬 불응성 전립선암에서 호르몬 불응성을 억제하기 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 CCM1 단백질 발현을 억제하기 위하여 ccm1 유전자에 대응하는 shRNA 또는 siRNA를 포함하는 전립선암 치료용 조성물이다. 또한 본 발명은 DDX5 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 전립선암 치료용 조성물이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 호르몬 불응성 출현을 예측할 수 있는 진단 바이오마커로 쓰일 수 있는 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
