Examples of compounds of formula (I) include: 1-(3-(tert-butyl)-1-(p-tolyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-3-(4-((2-(3-methylureido)pyridin-4-yl)methoxy)naphthalen-1-yl)urea；N-(4-((4-(3-(3-tert-butyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)ureido)naphthalen-1-yloxy)methyl) pyridin-2-yl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-carboxamide； and N-(4-((4-(3-(3-tert-butyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)ureido)naphthalen-1-yloxy)methyl) pyridin-2-yl)-2-(methylthio)acetamide. Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I), and the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament for treating chronic bronchitis, asthma, cystic fibrosis, and cancer, etc.
