Formulierung in Form einer Kapsel, umfassend:(a) Folsäure/Folate, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E als Vitamine(b) Jod und Calcium als Mineralstoffe/Spurenelemente und(c) Docosahexaensäure als Omega 3-Fettsäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten (a), (b) und (c) in folgenden Mengen vorliegen: (a) 0,3–1,9 Gew.-%, (b) 2,0–14,9 Gew.-%, (c) 5,0–70 Gew.-%, wobei sich die Gewichtsangaben jeweils auf die gesamte Formulierung beziehen.Formulation in the form of a capsule comprising:(a) folic acid / folate, vitamin b1, vitamin b2, vitamin b6, vitamin b12, vitamin d3, vitamin e as vitamins(b) of iodine and calcium as minerals / trace elements and(c) docosahexaenoic acid as omega 3 - fatty acid, characterized in that the components (a), (b) and (c) are present in the following amounts: (a) 0,3 – 1,9 w -%, (b) 2,0 – 14,9 w -%, (c) 5,0 – 70 w -%, wherein the weight data relate in each case on the total formulation.
