PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band improved in production efficiency when printing out information on its obverse side in spite of having a long and thin belt-like shape.SOLUTION: The wrist band includes: a band part 11 having a belt-like shape a band part 12 having a belt-like shape and arranged in parallel to the band part 11 and a band part 13 having a belt-like shape and arranged in parallel to the band part 12 at the side opposite to the band part 11.
