PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the system to keep the cooking utensils sanitarily by alleviating a labor to freeze and keep meat in an ordinary family and the burden of the resources, and further by dispensing with a cutting board and a kitchen knife when the cryopreserved meat is used.SOLUTION: The meat is frozen and preserved in a container where an inside is partitioned with sheets. The frozen meat can be thinned down to turn platelike, and is easy of thawing.
