The present invention relates to a transmission device having a worm gear decelerator capable of continuously massaging a back of a user using a gain of force obtained while decelerating a rotation speed when the rotation power of a driving motor rotating at a high speed is transmitted to a massage hand to operate a massage device installed in a backrest of a massage chair. According to the present invention, the transmission device having a worm gear decelerator to solve the subject is formed on a massage device by comprising: a massage driving motor by which power is supplied to perform a massage function using massage rollers a kneading motor to provide the power to perform a kneading function and a deceleration device part to perform the massage function at a proper speed by reducing the rotation power of the massage driving motor.
