The present invention relates to a fragrance diffusion device having fragrance diffusion selection and adjustment functions comprising: a case having a discharge hole for diffusing fragrance and a plurality of insertion holes； fragrance chips which are inserted, to be able to be attached and detached, in each insertion hole and diffuses fragrance in the case as a fragrance material is concentrated； a blocking cover which is installed in the case to block diffusion of fragrance of each fragrance chip； a fragrance diffusion operation unit which allows or blocks fragrance diffusion of each fragrance chip by movement of the fragrance chips or the blocking cover； an air blowing fan which discharges fragrance, remaining in the case, through the discharge hole by air blowing force by fragrance diffusion of the fragrance diffusion chips； and a control unit which controls fragrance diffusion of each fragrance diffusion chip by controlling operation of the fragrance diffusion operation unit to correspond to a signal, received from the outside, or an operation signal of the operation unit.
