Techniques for sensing a users biofeedback signal include one or more biofeedback sensors and a BAN system comprising one or more body area network (BAN) controllers. The biofeedback sensor is configured to sense the BAN signal, which may include a biofeedback signal and a body coupled communication (BCC) signal. To facilitate communication, the biofeedback sensor may demultiplex the sensed BAN signal into a biofeedback signal and an input BCC signal. Similarly, the biofeedback sensor may multiplex the output BCC signal with the sensed biofeedback signal. The BAN controller can communicate as well.
