The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting an osteoclast differentiation comprising sophocarpines, tangeretin, usnic acids, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a combination of the compounds as active ingredients, a composition for preventing or treating bone-related diseases, and a method for inhibiting differentiation of the osteoclast by using the composition.
