PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconstruct an X-ray CT image with high SN ratio.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device includes an X-ray control unit 15 and an image reconstitution unit 36. The X-ray control unit 15 controls the X-ray dosage of X-ray to be emitted from an X-ray tube 12 based on all or a part of values calculated from counting results which are counted respectively by a plurality of photo-counting detecting elements 131 configured to count lights derived from X-ray which is emitted from the X-ray tube 12 and transmitted by a subject P.
