In addition, the control section can comprise a first communication section for controlling an external instrument or an opening and closing adjustment section or for transmitting or receiving a control signal to or from the external instrument or the opening and closing adjustment section, and the opening and closing adjustment section can comprise a second communication section for transmitting or receiving the control signal to or from the external instrument or the control section.
