The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating K-Ras-overexpressed cancer or suppressing the metastasis of K-Ras-overexpressed cancer, the composition containing: (a) a pharmaceutically effective amount of 5-bromo-3-(3-hydroxyprop-1-ynyl)-2H-pyran-2-one, or a salt, hydrate, or solvate thereof, as an active ingredient； and (b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition of the present invention can effectively perform prevention, treatment, or metastasis suppression of cancer cells which have resistance to the existing radiotherapy and chemotherapy and have excellent migrating and invading characteristics due to the overexpression of K-Ras.본 발명은 (a) 유효성분으로서의 약제학적 유효량의 5-브로모-3-(3-히드록시프로프 -1-이닐)-2H-피란-2-온, 그의 염, 수화물 또는 용매화물 및 (b) 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는, K-Ras가 과발현된 암 예방, 치료 또는 전이 억제용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 사용함으로써 K-Ras가 과발현되어 기존의 방사선 치료, 항암제 치료에 대한 저항력을 갖고, 이동 및 침윤 특성이 뛰어난 암세포의 예방, 치료 또는 전이의 억제를 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다.
