PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver monitoring device, monitoring device, monitoring method, program, and seat belt, for simply grasping a state of the body of a measurement subject by using a belt.SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes and a plurality of curvature sensors are provided on a seat belt, the electrodes and curvature sensors being electrically connected to a monitoring device. The monitoring device estimates a shape of the seat belt by using curvature data acquired through the curvature sensors. Or, the monitoring device creates an image based on impedance between the electrodes, the impedance being obtained from the electrodes.
