PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation and height adjustment to a small space such as a bottom of a chair very easily, and furthermore prevent falling from an installation state and also reliably prevent positional displacement to the falling direction, and thereby support a heavy load and sufficiently bear a radical movement of a pet.SOLUTION: A storage box using a small space has a bottom 5, a box wall 6 standing up around an outer circumferential part of the bottom 5, and at least 3-tightening rings 7 arranged while diverging in the circumferential direction to an outer face of the box wall 6.
