PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological electrode having high handleability and capable of reducing stress for operators and subjects.SOLUTION: A biological electrode 1 includes an adhesive gel 2 to be stuck to a subject, and an electrode part electrically connected to an electrocardiograph via a lead wire 10. The biological electrode includes a sucking operation part 4 that is formed of a bag-shaped rubber-like elastic body, and causes the electrode part to be detachably attached to the adhesive gel 2 by being compressively deformed by pressing and being restored by stopping the pressing.
