PURPOSE: A novel 2-aminothiazole derivative is provided to be able to be developed as a candidate for an anticancer agent as the derivative has an excellent cytoxicity activity specific to a cancer cell, and in-vivo anticanter activity holding the growth of tumor in a cancer disease animal model in which a cancer cell is transplanted. CONSTITUTION: 2-aminothiazole derivative represented by Chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided. A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer includes 2-aminothiazole derivative represented by Chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The cancer is prostate cancer, uterine cancer or breast cancer. The pharmaceutical composition additionally includes lubricant, a wetting agent, a sweetener, a flavoring agent, an emulsifier, a suspension agent, a preserver etc. besides the above components.본 발명은 신규한 2-아미노타이졸 유도체 N-(5-(4-플루오로페닐)티아졸-2-일)-3-(푸란-2-일)프로판아미드 및 이의 항암제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물은 매우 뛰어난 암세포 특이적 세포독성활성을 가지며 암세포가 이식된 암질환 동물모델에서 종양의 성장을 억제하는 인 비보 항암 활성도 확인되어 항암제 후보물질로 개발될 수 있다.
