According to an embodiment of the present invention, a personality testing system comprises: a store terminal for displaying a plurality of test items corresponding to each of a plurality of classified personality types and receiving a response to each of the test items from a user； a server connected to the store terminal, receiving the response to the test item from the store terminal, and generating a result graph corresponding to the response to the test item； and a mentor terminal connected to the server, receiving the result graph from the server, and displaying the result graph.
